FDI GROUP ACQUIRES SCA & HEWITT COLEMAN
The FDI Group of companies has completed its acquisition of SCA and Hewitt Coleman. The acquisitions were first announced October 01, 2022 and will grow the company’s workers’ compensation third-party administration services geographically while expanding its ability to support new markets.
